Meet Ellen

I bring several decades of experience in management, leadership, and program development to Koru Integral. As a facilitator, experiential educator, and coach, I am committed to supporting people to do their best work in the world - in all dimensions of their life. I have worked in cross-cultural settings on seven continents: with executives and their families, youth and young adults, and teams.

As an RYT 200 yoga instructor, I understand the importance of attuning to one’s body, a container for our past experiences and a source of wisdom in the present moment. I am an outdoor professional who enjoys outdoor adventure sports and who can speak to my experience of wild places as a source of transformation and spiritual and psychological healing. I am also a visual artist trained to facilitate mindful drawing. As a lifelong learner, I have been influenced by ideas, frameworks, and wisdom drawn from philosophy, psychology, western management theory, and western/eastern spirituality. I am currently engaged in Level 2 Hakomi practitioner training.

A New Zealand native, I live in Bozeman, Montana, with my husband, Drew, and our dogs, Jack and Sam. As a student of meditation and mindfulness practices, I am committed to creating a more loving, kind, and compassionate world and partnering with others to achieve this vision.

Embodied | Open | Curious | Available

My Vocation: To co-create spaces that support increased human capacity - including the development of wisdom, compassion, and courage. Connecting individuals (and groups) with what is most important to them and building competencies and confidence to support their life choices and success.

Advocating for and celebrating our collective humanity…

I am interested in working with individuals, groups, and organizations that are:

  • ready to explore what life is asking of them and to answer that call.

  • committed to making a positive difference in their home, workplace, community, and the world.

  • prepared to be led by their curiosity, to explore their boundaries, and to be surprised.

  • interested in expanding their capacity to bring their whole self to life.

And who enjoy building collaborative, positive, and productive working relationships.
